SPECTRA’S activities support pharmaceutical companies’ efforts to bring drugs to market or registration. They encompass the site monitoring, co-ordination and facilitation of clinical drug trials. SCRC currently handles registry/database-30, 80% gold multicentric, trials. Of these 15 trails are in phase II, 109 in phase III trials and 33 in phase IV trails working towards FDA and European Union registration. SCRC also provides consultancy services for the implementation of Good Clinical Practice (GCP-ICH) guidelines of the FDA and WHO.
